We do our best to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. If a product, item, or packaging is defective, please message us directly for resolution to your issue. If your order was damaged in shipping, please let us know immediately and file an insurance claim with the carrier (all our shipping methods are insured). We will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
